REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

The following regulatory documents related to the use of Denton Enterprise Airport are provided for your convenient downloading. Each of the documents affects all activities conducted in the Airport environments. Please refer to the heading in which they are contained and the description next to each document title for the applicability.

ADOPTED DOCUMENTS
  • Chapter 3 City Code - Chapter 3 of the Denton Code of Ordinances provides the foundation for the regulatory program. All persons conducting any activity at Denton Enterprise Airport should become familiar with this document.

  • Airport Minimum Operating Standards - This document identifies the minimum operating standards for conducting commercial aeronautical activity on the Airport. This document includes the minimum level of services and insurance requirements specific to aeronautical business types. These standards are only applicable to those persons interested in conducting commercial aeronautical activity at Denton Enterprise Airport.

  • Airport Rules and Regulations - This document contains the general rules and regulations associated with the operating environment of the Airport.  All persons accessing Denton Enterprise Airport property should become familiar with this document.

  • Airport Rates and Fees Schedule - This document identifies all general rates and fees related to the use of Denton Enterprise Airport.

PERMITS
  • Airport Business Permit - Any person who desires to conduct any commercial aeronautical activities at the airport shall, prior to conducting such activities, submit an Airport Business Permit application to, and receive approval thereof, from the airport manager.

  • Airport Driver Permit - Any tenant with the need to drive on the airside area of the Airport must complete and submit an Airport Driver Permit, and receive approval thereof, from the airport manager. Airport Driver’s Training Guide

  • Aircraft Storage Permit (Quebec Hangar Tenants Only) - Any tenant who is currently leasing a City-Owned T-Hangar shall complete and submit an Aircraft Storage Permit. The Aircraft Storage Permit will replace the current lease agreement with the City of Denton.

  • Aircraft Storage Agreement - Any tenant who is currently storing an aircraft in a Non-City-Owned hangar at the airport shall complete and submit an Aircraft Storage Agreement. Please note this agreement must be completed, along with any other applicable forms, before you will receive an access card.
