Possible Uses: This site is large enough for a wide variety of aeronautical uses, both private and commercial, that serve Group 2 aircraft.
Size: Appx. 50,000 SF (1.14 acres)
Possible Uses: Due to its limited taxilane access, this site can accommodate both aeronautical and non-aeronautical uses. It is large enough to support a variety of general aviation applications or can be used in an aeronautical support capacity.
Size: Appx. 94,000 SF (2.17 acres)

Begin by reviewing available parcels or deveopment opportunities. Take note of the locations, sizes, and any specific zoning or infrastructure requirements for each parcel.
PRE-lease APPLICATION MEETING

After identifying a parcel of interest, schedule a pre-lease application meeting with Airport staff. Our team will assist you with any questions and provide additional information that will be helpful in completing your lease application.

Complete and submit a Lease Application and submit. This will include your site plan, proposed use, and other information relevant to your proposed development of the property
Lease APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE

The application will be accepted when the applicant pays the applicable fee, conducts a pre-application conference with City of Denton Development Services, and receives notice of from the Airport that all lease application requirements have been met.
Lease NEGOTIATION

After reviewing your proposal, our team will engage in discussions to negotiate lease terms, including the lease duration, rental rates, and any development milestones. We are committed to providing fair and transparent terms for all parties.

Once all terms are agreed upon, both parties will sign a ground lease agreement. The lease will outline the responsibilities of both the airport and the lessee, including maintenance, development obligations, and financial terms.

Following the lease agreement, you can begin the development and construction phase according to your proposal and the airport's development guidelines. Our team will be available to assist throughout the process to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Ongoing Lease Management
