Help Feed Families with the Denton Enterprise Airport Thanksgiving Food Drive

This Thanksgiving, Denton Enterprise Airport and Sheltair Aviation are hosting a food drive to support local families facing food insecurity—and we’re asking our airport community to help make a difference.

From November 7 through November 21, we’re collecting non-perishable food items to donate to the Denton Community Food Center ahead of the holiday season. Whether you’re a flight student, tenant, or visitor, your donation can help ensure no family goes without a meal this Thanksgiving.

📍 Drop-Off Locations:

• Airport Administration Office – 5000 Airport Rd.

🥫 Most Needed Items:

• Peanut Butter

• Cereal (popular brands, 12–20 oz; please avoid oversized or combo boxes)

🍽️ Other Great Items to Donate:

• Canned Corn

• Dry Beans

• Pasta Sauce (16 & 24 oz)

• Canned Fruit

• Canned Tuna or Chicken

• Canned Tomatoes

• Rice (1 lb. bags)

• Apple Juice (64 oz)

• Mac & Cheese (7.25 oz)

• Hamburger Helper / Skillet Dinners

• Snack Bars

• Toddler Foods (individual packs of applesauce, yogurt snacks, small cereal boxes, pudding cups, instant oatmeal)
